2. Yesterday's Sales vs. Target

Did you hit your daily target? If not, what was the shortfall? "Sales: KSh 18,000 (Target: KSh 25,000). Shortfall: -28%." This flags problems early, not at month-end.

3. One "Action Required" Item

Look at your dashboard's alert section. Pick ONE thing that needs your attention today: "Follow up on overdue invoice from Client X – KSh 12,000." This is your priority for the day.

How to Make It a Habit

• Set an alarm on your phone for the same time every morning (e.g., 7:45 AM).
• Open the dashboard and view the Flash Report. It should be the home screen.
